What supplies do you use?

Most of the supplies I use are listed in my Amazon storefront. For more specific supplies used in videos, please check my YouTube video descriptions. If they are not found in either of these locations, send us a message, and we’ll get you a link asap!

How do you design your products?

My stickers and designs are a mix of my original art, licensed art, as well as vintage art in the public domain. My original art is listed in my product descriptions and are hand-drawn, painted, watercolored, digitally designed, or a combination of these practices.

When will my preorder ship?

All notebook preorders have shipped. You can now head over to our shop and add the notebooks directly to your cart!

How will shipping work after the preorder?

After the preorders ship, we anticipate sending out orders as they come in.

What's the return policy?

Can I combine non-preorder items with preorder items in an order?

Yes—they will ship together when the preorder items are ready to be sent out. If you want to receive your non-preorder items sooner, you can create a separate transaction from the preorder item, but please keep in mind that your shipping costs may increase with multiple orders.

What is the difference between the standard and passport Travelers' Notebook sizes?

The standard Traveler’s Notebook size is 110x210mm and the passport Traveler’s Notebook size is 90x124mm. The durable covers allow the notebooks to be used on their own without covers. If you intend to use covers, the notebooks fit nicely in the Traveler’s Company covers and there are a variety of other covers for these notebook sizes as well.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries, but unfortunately we cannot ship everywhere due to postal disruptions. Please check the USPS International Service Alerts for more specific information. We offer tracked international shipping to most countries that the USPS still services. Please note that the shipping cost does not cover any additional taxes or VAT import fees which are the responsibility of the customer when the package arrives.

My order has not arrived yet.

For domestic orders in the USA: contact your post office if your order was marked as ‘Delivered’ but it has not arrived at your address. If it has been over two weeks for domestic orders or over four weeks for international orders and your tracked package has not arrived, email us and we will work with you toward a solution. If your country’s postal service is not reliable, we recommend selecting tracked shipping.

digital products

I’ve lost the digital products that I purchased.

Contact us and we will send a link to download the files that you ordered. Please provide your order # if you have it so we can locate your order. If you do not have your order # anymore, we can usually find it with your email address or other information. Please note that download links from Squarespace expire after 24 hours, and Etsy download links do not expire.

How do I use print & cut stickers?

This will depend on the method you use to print and cut them. After downloading the files, you will need to print them on the sticker paper of your choice. We use Online Labels sticker paper and prefer the clear matte paper. Then, you can use a cutting machine such as a Silhouette or Cricut to cut the stickers, or cut by hand with scissors. If you are having trouble with the digital files, please reach out to us for support. If you are having trouble with your printer, sticker paper, or cutting machine, please refer to the manufacturer’s website for customer support. These are some of the supplies I use to make my stickers.

Help! I’ve received a defective product.

We want you to have a satisfactory experience using our products! If you received a defective product that somehow made it past our quality checks, please contact us with the issue and we will replace your item or send you a refund.

How do you check the quality of your products?

We peel up a corner of a sticker every few sticker sheets that are created in our studio. We check every item that comes from our manufacturers with gloves on to keep the natural oils on our hands from contaminating the product. Of course, we are only human so we might let something less-than-perfect slip by our checkpoints! Please send us a message if you experience any issues.
